Welcome to Move-It. By downloading, accessing, or using the Move-It desktop application ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. License Grant
Upon purchasing a license key, Move-It grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on your personal devices. The license is for your individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
2. Payment and Subscriptions
Payments for Move-It are processed securely by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase, you agree to their terms of service. Move-It is sold as a lifetime license (one-time payment) unless otherwise specified.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Move-It is a wellness and productivity tool designed to encourage movement. It is not a medical device. The exercises, stretches, and dances provided within the app are for general wellness purposes only. You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise routine. Move-It is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise from using the Software.
4. Third-Party Content and Services (YouTube)
Move-It uses YouTube's official embedded player to stream video content. Move-It does not host, download, copy, or distribute any music or video content. All videos are streamed directly from YouTube and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and the rights of their respective owners. Move-It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or any content creators whose videos may be viewed through the Software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that its use will be uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Move-It, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or physical injury.
